Infosys has been recognized as one of the 2026 World's Most Ethical Companies® by Ethisphere, a global leader in ethical business practices. The recognition marks the sixth consecutive year Infosys has received this honor and places the company among a select group in the Technology industry.

Bengaluru, India – March 18, 2026 – Infosys (NSE, BSE, NYSE: INFY), a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, was evaluated based on the Ethisphere Ethics Quotient®, a questionnaire covering 240 proof points on ethics, compliance, governance, ESG practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and value chain initiatives. A total of 138 companies across 17 countries and 40 industries were recognized.

"Companies with strong ethics, compliance, and governance programs are built for better long-term performance," said Erica Salmon Byrne, Ethisphere's Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair.

Salil Parekh, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Infosys, stated, "This recognition reflects our consistent focus on strong corporate governance, ethical conduct, and responsible business practices. As we help our clients to unlock AI value, we believe trust, transparency, and accountability are foundational to delivering meaningful impact at scale."

The World's Most Ethical Companies assessment is grounded in Ethisphere's proprietary Ethics Quotient®, which assesses corporate governance, ethics and compliance programs, and environmental and social impact.
