Infosys Ltd. Allots Equity Shares to Employees
Infosys Ltd. announced the allotment of 2,00,596 equity shares on March 23, 2026, following a Board resolution dated March 18, 2026. The shares were issued to eligible employees through the exercise of Restricted Stock Units.A total of 35,549 shares were allocated under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan, while 1,65,047 shares were distributed through the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019.
The company’s issued and subscribed share capital now stands at ₹ 20,27,79,58,615, comprising 4,05,55,91,723 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 5 each.
