Indus Towers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed starting Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting to formally declare the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
