Indus Infra Trust Announces Trading Window Closure
Gurugram – March 27, 2026 – Indus Infra Trust announced today that the trading window for dealing in the Trust’s Units will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and announcement of the Trust’s financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.The date for the meeting of the Board of Directors of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, the Trust’s Investment Manager, to declare the financial results will be announced subsequently.
