Indobell Insulations Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel (KMP), and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours following the public announcement of the audited financial results. During this period, designated persons, their relatives, and other insiders are restricted from trading in the company’s equity shares.
The date for the board meeting, which will review and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be communicated separately.
