IndiQube Secures ₹75 Crore Workspace Deal with Healthcare Tech GCC in Bangalore​

Bangalore, India – [March 30, 2026] – IndiQube Spaces Limited, an integrated tech-enabled workspace solutions platform, announced a workspace leasing agreement with a leading Global Capability Centre (GCC) in the healthcare technology sector. The client has leased over 48,000 sq.ft. of premium Grade A workspace along the Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. The deal is valued at approximately ₹75 crore over a five-year period.

This transaction highlights the rising demand for high-quality, scalable workspaces from GCCs in key business districts and reinforces IndiQube's position as a preferred partner for these organizations.
