IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has finalized the acquisition of securities from British International Investment PLC ('BII') and Norfund via KNI India AS ('Norfund') concerning Gujarat BESS Private Limited. The transaction, completed on March 25, 2026, carries an enterprise value of approximately INR 573 crores, subject to adjustments outlined in the definitive agreements.The Gujarat BESS Private Limited project operates under a Build Own Operate ('BOO') model and is expected to generate annual revenues exceeding INR 97 crores. The concession tenure for the project is set at 12 years.
