IndiGo Appoints Aloke Singh as Chief Strategy Officer​

National, March 23, 2026 – InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) announced the appointment of Mr. Aloke Singh as Chief Strategy Officer, effective April 6, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on March 23, 2026.

In his new role, Mr. Singh will lead the company's long-term strategic planning function and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at accelerating growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening competitive positioning. He will work closely with the leadership team to improve agility, elevate customer experience, and deliver shareholder value.

Mr. Singh brings over three decades of aviation industry experience spanning Strategy, Planning, Operations, and Commercial functions. He previously served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Air India Express, where he played a key role in the airline's transformation, operational improvements, and growth. He also held senior leadership positions at Air India and Oman Air.

Initially reporting to Mr. Bhatia, Mr. Singh will transition to reporting to the new Chief Executive Officer once appointed.
