Indian Emulsifiers Limited Increases Authorized Share Capital​

Indian Emulsifiers Limited announced on Monday, March 30, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved an increase to the company’s authorized share capital.

The authorized share capital is being raised from Rs. 20,00,00,000, divided into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to Rs. 32,00,00,000, divided into 3,20,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. This increase involves the creation of an additional 1,20,00,000 equity shares, ranking pari passu with existing shares.

The Board also approved the draft postal ballot notice and appointed Mr. Nikunj Kanabar, Proprietor of M/s Nikunj Kanabar & Associates, as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. The record date for the dispatch of the postal ballot notice and shareholder eligibility for e-voting has been set for March 27, 2026.

The Board meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m.

The amendment to the Memorandum of Association, specifically Clause V, now states: "V. The share Capital of the Company is 32,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-two Crores) divided into 3,20,00,000 (Three Crore Twenty Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each."
