Indiabulls Limited Announces Joint Venture for Commercial Development in Gurgaon
Indiabulls Limited has entered into a joint venture to develop a premium commercial project in Sector 103, Gurgaon. The venture involves a partnership with a private land-owning entity for development on approximately 2.38 acres along the Dwarka Expressway.The proposed project will feature modern office spaces, retail facilities, food and beverage options, and service apartments. Indiabulls Limited anticipates the project will enhance its real estate portfolio and capitalize on demand along the Dwarka Expressway corridor. The estimated Gross Development Value of the joint venture is Rs. 600 crores.
Indiabulls Limited’s existing residential projects, IB Heights and IB Estate & Club in Sector 104, Gurgaon, are maintaining sales momentum. The company reports continued progress across its real estate portfolio.
