Incon Engineers Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Incon Engineers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and insiders, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company’s code of conduct for preventing insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
