Imagicaaworld Entertainment Enters Operation and Management Agreement for Shankus Water Park
Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited announced an agreement with Keshav Holiday Resort Private Limited (KHRPL) to manage and operate the Shankus Water Park in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, effective April 1, 2026.Under the agreement, Imagicaaworld Entertainment will provide operation and management services for KHRPL's Water Park. Imagicaaworld Entertainment will be entitled to receive management fees linked to pre-agreed milestones.
The arrangement will allow Imagicaaworld Entertainment to expand its brand reach to new geographies and leverage its intellectual property, marketing capabilities, and operational expertise. The company expects the partnership to enhance its brand visibility and broaden the offerings for its partners.
The agreement does not involve a share exchange ratio or joint venture ratio.
