IKS Health Secures Multiple Top Rankings in 2026 Black Book Survey

Mumbai and Dallas, March 19: IKS Health, a global care enablement solutions provider, has secured three major honors at the 2026 Black Book Research awards. The company was recognized for AI-driven revenue cycle management for the second consecutive year, medical coding for the fourth straight year, and clinical documentation and AI services for the 13th consecutive year.

These recognitions reflect continued client endorsement of IKS Health’s focus on accountability, technology integration, and measurable outcomes aimed at optimizing healthcare revenue systems.

Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, said the company remains committed to delivering intelligent healthcare solutions that combine AI capabilities with human expertise.

Rising Demand for AI-Driven Healthcare Services

Black Book Research highlighted strong growth expectations across all three segments, pointing to a broader industry shift toward outcomes-based contracting and integrated service delivery.

In AI-driven revenue cycle management services, 35 percent to 55 percent of surveyed providers expect to increase spending in 2026, with 45 percent to 70 percent anticipating further growth in 2027.

Similarly, outsourced medical coding is expected to see spending increases of 35 percent to 55 percent in 2026 and 40 percent to 60 percent in 2027.

Clinical documentation services are also projected to grow, driven by rising clinician workload, increasing complexity in specialty documentation, and continued investments in improving provider experience. Additional growth factors include integration with clinical documentation improvement, quality reporting, and revenue integrity functions.
