ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Allots Equity Shares Under Employee Schemes
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. announced the allotment of 41,918 equity shares on March 24, 2026, according to a filing.The allotment occurred under two employee benefit schemes: the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005), which received 40,665 shares, and the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023), which received 1,253 shares.
