ICICI Bank Schedules Board Meeting to Review Financial Results and Consider Dividend
ICICI Bank Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting includes the review and approval of audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The board will also consider a dividend recommendation for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.In compliance with regulatory guidelines, the trading window for securities of the bank will be closed for designated individuals, including directors and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2026, to April 20, 2026, inclusive.
