ICICI Bank Allots Equity Shares Under Employee Stock Option Scheme​

ICICI Bank Limited announced the allotment of 1,213,683 equity shares on March 25, 2026. The shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2, were issued under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors at 11:31 a.m., acting under the authority delegated by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on October 21, 2023.
