Housing & Urban Development Corporation Reports Strong Growth in Loan Sanctions and Disbursements
Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) announced provisional financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, demonstrating substantial growth compared to the previous fiscal year.According to a filing, HUDCO’s Loan Sanctions increased to ₹1,64,757 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, up 28.76% from ₹1,27,952 crore in 2024-25. Loan Disbursements also saw significant growth, reaching ₹51,194 crore in 2025-26, a 27.87% increase compared to ₹40,037 crore in the prior year.
