HMA Agro Industries Limited Alerts Investors to Fake Website Impersonation

Agra, India – March 17, 2026 – HMA Agro Industries Limited announced today the discovery of a fraudulent website attempting to impersonate the company and deceive international buyers and stakeholders.

The fake website, located at www.hma-agro.com, replicates the content, logo, branding, and design elements of HMA Agro Industries Limited's official website, www.hmagroup.co. The company believes this was a deliberate effort to damage its reputation and potentially defraud customers through unauthorized communication and fake email addresses. The fraudulent site falsely presented the company as a Five Star Export House.

HMA Agro Industries Limited has taken immediate action to address the situation. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed with the Cyber Cell/Police authorities, and the company has successfully worked with domain registrars and authorities to block the fake website.

The company is advising all customers and partners to communicate solely through the official website (www.hmagroup.co) and verified official email domains. Stakeholders are cautioned against sharing sensitive information or making payments based on communications originating from the fraudulent URL.

Gulzar Ahmad, Chairperson and Wholetime Director, stated, "The security of our stakeholders is paramount. We are taking this matter very seriously and are working diligently to protect our customers and partners from this fraudulent activity."
