This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are restricted from trading in the company's securities. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of financial results will be notified and posted on the websites of the stock exchanges and the company.
