Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Limited Completes Share Sub-Division and Issues Letters of Confirmation

Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Limited (formerly Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Limited) announced the completion of a share sub-division on March 20, 2026. The face value of the company's equity shares has been reduced from ₹10 each to ₹2 each.

In accordance with SEBI Gazette Notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/66 dated January 24, 2022, shares issued in response to investor service requests are now issued in dematerialized form only. Consequently, the company has not issued physical share certificates for this sub-division.

Instead, Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Limited, through its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., has issued Letters of Confirmation to shareholders holding shares in physical form in lieu of physical share certificates. Details of the shareholders who received the Letters of Confirmation are available on the company’s website at HIIL.

The Letters of Confirmation are valid for a period of 120 days, during which shareholders are required to dematerialize their shares. Failure to do so will result in the shares being transferred to a Suspense Escrow Demat Account.
