Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Receives Income Tax Assessment Order
Hinduja Global Solutions Limited announced it received an assessment order under Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle 2(3), Mumbai, for Assessment Year 2021-22. The order was received April 1, 2026.The assessment order disallowed a foreign exchange loss of ₹34.31 crores, resulting in a total demand of ₹15.49 crores, including ₹6.95 crores in interest.
