Hi-Klass Trading and Investment Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board Meeting to approve the audited financial results will be communicated separately. Designated individuals within the company have been advised against trading in the company’s securities during this period.
