HDB Financial Services Ltd. announced the allotment of 23,245 equity shares to employees on March 23, 2026, through the exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).As a result of this allotment, the company’s paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 8,30,30,39,710 (comprising 83,03,03,971 equity shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 8,30,32,72,160 (comprising 83,03,27,216 equity shares of Rs. 10 each).
