HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The date of the board meeting, which will consider and approve the financial results, will be announced subsequently.
