Hatsun Agro Product Limited Completes Amalgamation of Milk Mantra Dairy
Hatsun Agro Product Limited announced on March 31, 2026, that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited with Hatsun Agro Product Limited has been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench. The order was filed with the respective Registrar of Companies on March 31, 2026.The effective date of the scheme is April 1, 2025, marking the date Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited will be deemed merged with Hatsun Agro Product Limited.
As a result of the amalgamation, Hatsun Agro Product Limited’s authorized share capital has increased to Rs. 49,50,00,000, comprised of 42,50,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each and 7,00,000 preference shares of Rs. 100 each. The company’s Memorandum of Association has been amended accordingly.
