Mumbai, March 20, 2026 – HAS Lifestyle Ltd. announced today that it will close its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window closure is related to the consideration of audited standalone financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, along with related matters. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting where the results are approved. The date of the board meeting will be announced separately.
