The buyer, Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund, is a registered scheme under Neo Credit Alternatives Investment Trust, managed by Neo Alternative Asset Managers Private Limited. The transaction was executed through a Securities Purchase Agreement dated December 26, 2025, and does not constitute a related party transaction.
