Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited Announces Promoter Share Purchase
Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL) announced that Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC), a promoter of the company, acquired 2,70,500 equity shares on March 19, 2026. The total value of the transaction amounted to ₹12,88,13,845.47.GNFC has committed to holding the acquired equity shares for a minimum period of six months and has agreed to preserve relevant documents for three years as per regulatory requirements. The company’s compliance officer may be contacted for approval in case of any need to sell these shares prior to the end of the holding period.
GNFC declared that the transaction adhered to the company’s code and applicable laws and regulations.
