Swati Patadia and Shri Ankur Patodia, the shares will be transferred as a "gift." Shri Ankur Patodia will transfer the shares to Smt. Swati Patodia on March 26, 2026. The intimation of the transaction was provided to Shri Ankur Patodia on March 21, 2026, and received by the company on March 23, 2026.
The transfer represents 11.27% of the company’s total paid-up capital. No consideration is involved in the transaction as it is being conducted as a gift.
