Gretex Corporate Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and NSE Limited that it will close its trading window for securities starting April 1, 2026. This closure applies to Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Senior Management Personnel, and their immediate relatives.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting will be announced at a later time.
