Greenply Industries Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective April 15, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, as stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
