Gravita India Limited Announces Resignation of Independent Director
Gravita India Limited announced that Satish Kumar Agrawal has resigned from his position as Independent Director, effective March 18, 2026. Agrawal’s resignation is attributed to pre-occupation and other personal commitments. He has also stepped down from all committees of the Company in which he was a member.According to company records, Agrawal does not hold directorships in any other company. The Board of Directors expressed its appreciation for Agrawal’s contributions during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavors.
