Godavari Drugs Limited announced that Promoter Jeshir Jaju acquired 200,000 convertible warrants through a preferential issue on March 18, 2026.According to a regulatory filing, Jaju’s acquisition occurred via preferential allotment. Prior to the acquisition, Jaju’s holding included 200,000 convertible warrants. Following the acquisition, the holding remains at 200,000.
The company's total share capital before the acquisition was Rs. 75,305,000 divided into 75,30,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Following the acquisition, the equity share capital stands at Rs. 10,12,74,350 divided into 1,01,27,430 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The total diluted share/voting capital after the acquisition is Rs. 12,48,75,000 divided into 1,24,87,500 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
