- Reduction and Allotment to Public Shareholders: For every 13 existing equity shares held by the public shareholders, they will be entitled to 1 equity share in the Company post reconstitution of share capital.
- Reduction in Face Value: The share capital will be reconstituted, reducing the face value of the existing public shareholders' shares from Rs. 10 each to Re. 1 each.
