GACM Technologies Announces Book Closure Dates and E-Voting Schedule for General Meeting​

GACM Technologies Limited has announced the dates for the closure of its books and the schedule for electronic voting concerning its upcoming 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for FY 2026-27.

The Company's Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Thursday, April 23, 2026, through Wednesday, April 29, 2026, inclusive. This closure is associated with the 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, which is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. Indian Standard Time (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
