G R Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance for a road project from the National Highways Authority of India, the company announced on March 30, 2026. The project involves the upgradation of a section of NH-56 in Gujarat, specifically the stretch from Ch. 208+90 to Ch. 269+11, spanning a length of 60.21 kilometers.The contract, awarded under a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) framework (Pkg-VI), entails transforming an existing two-lane carriageway into a four-lane divided carriageway. The project’s consideration is valued at ₹1453.57 Crores, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). The completion timeline is set at 910 days from the appointed date.
According to the terms of the contract, no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. The project does not constitute a related party transaction.
