G. K. Consultants Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, are declared. The date for the Board of Directors meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
During this period, all designated persons and insiders, along with their immediate relatives, are restricted from trading in the company's securities, either directly or indirectly.
