New Delhi, March 20, 2026 – Fusion Finance Limited announced leadership changes following a board meeting held on March 20, 2026.The company confirmed the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Mahajan from the position of Chief Information Officer, effective March 20, 2026. Mr. Mahajan cited health concerns as the reason for his departure.
Fusion Finance Limited also announced the appointment of Mr. Susheel Kumar Menon as Chief Information Officer, effective March 20, 2026. Mr. Menon will also continue in his existing role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on an interim basis. He joined the company as CISO on April 8, 2024.
