Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd. announced on March 23, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 19,85,000 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants. The conversion relates to warrants initially allotted on November 25, 2025.

The equity shares were allotted at a premium of Rs. 112.50 per share, with a face value of Rs. 10 per share. A total of Rs. 18,23,71,875 was received from warrant holders upon conversion.
