Fractal Analytics Appoints Shashidhar Ramakrishnaiah as Senior Management, Mrunali Nikunj Majmudar Departs
Fractal Analytics Ltd. announced changes to its senior management team on March 27, 2026. Mr. Shashidhar Ramakrishnaiah has been appointed as Senior Management, effective March 27, 2026, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Simultaneously, Mrs. Mrunali Nikunj Majmudar has ceased to be part of the Senior Management, effective at the close of business hours on March 27, 2026, following a mutual agreement.Mr. Shashidhar Ramakrishnaiah, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, brings over three decades of experience in enterprise transformation across digital, data, cloud, and AI. He has previously led Fractal’s Cloud, Data, and Technology strategy, building leadership teams and establishing strategic partnerships. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and holds patents in Data Foundation and Migration solutions.
Fractal Analytics expressed its appreciation for the services provided by Mrs. Majmudar during her tenure with the company.
