Flex Foods Ltd. (Scrip Code: 523672) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. The closure, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are announced to the stock exchange. This measure is intended to prevent insider trading and ensure fair market practices.
