Five-Star Business Finance Limited announced the allotment of 2,99,110 equity shares on March 25, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Five-Star Associate Stock Option Scheme, 2018.

The allotment has increased the company’s paid-up share capital from INR 29,48,76,168 consisting of 29,48,76,168 equity shares to INR 29,51,75,278 consisting of 29,51,75,278 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. The company is completing the formalities for the listing of these shares.

The exercise of options resulted in a realization of INR 1,90,68,410.

The Five-Star Associate Stock Option Scheme 2018 was instituted prior to the company’s IPO and has been amended in line with the SEBI (SBEB) Regulations 2021. It received in-principal approval from the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange and was ratified by shareholders in September 2023.
