Fenton Investments Private Limited Acquires Shares in Ester Industries Limited
Fenton Investments Private Limited, part of the Promoter Group of Ester Industries Limited, announced the acquisition of 84,000 equity shares from Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania, also a member of the Promoter Group, on March 18, 2026. This inter-se transfer is in compliance with Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.The acquisition, representing 0.08% of the company's paid-up capital, will occur anytime after 4 working days from the date of this intimation. The acquisition price will be within the limits stipulated in Regulation 10(1)(a) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The volume weighted average market price for a period of 60 trading days preceding the date of the intimation, as traded on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, was Rs. 100.44 per equity share.
Following the acquisition, Fenton Investments Private Limited’s shareholding will increase to 574,000 shares, representing 0.58% of the total share capital.
