Fenton Investments Acquires Shares in Ester Industries Limited
Fenton Investments Private Limited announced the acquisition of 84,000 equity shares from Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania, a member of the Promoter Group, in Ester Industries Limited. The transaction, structured as an inter-se transfer, is expected to be completed within four working days from March 18, 2026.The acquisition, totaling 0.08% of Ester Industries Limited's paid-up capital, is exempt from an open offer requirement under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition price will not exceed the limits stipulated in Regulation 10(1)(a) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations. The volume weighted average market price for the 60 trading days preceding the notice issuance was Rs. 100.44 per share.
Following the acquisition, Fenton Investments Private Limited will hold 574,000 shares, representing 0.58% of the company’s total share capital.
