Federal Bank Allots Shares Under Employee Stock Option Schemes​

Federal Bank Limited announced the allotment of equity shares following the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS). The allotments occurred on March 22, 2026, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.

The bank allotted 6,100 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2 each under the ESOS 2010 Scheme. Additionally, 2,11,112 equity shares, also with a face value of Rs. 2 each, were allocated under the ESOS 2017 Scheme. All shares were allotted after payment of money by the allottees.
