Everest Industries Finalizes First Phase of Land Sale at Podanur
Everest Industries Limited announced the completion of the first phase of a land sale at its Podanur facility, according to an update released April 1, 2026. The sale is to G Square Realtors Private Limited and will be completed in two phases.The initial phase involves approximately 15 to 16 acres of land. Everest Industries had previously indicated an estimated completion date of March 31, 2026, however, the transaction is now expected to be finalized in April 2026, following progress on government approvals.
