Endurance Technologies Limited Reports Insider Trading Violation
Pune, March 20, 2026 – Endurance Technologies Limited announced a violation of its Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, as detailed in a report submitted on March 20, 2026. The violation pertains to transactions made by Designated Person Mr. Prajod Parameswaran Ayyappath, Head - R&D Transmission.According to the report, Mr. Ayyappath purchased two shares of Endurance Technologies Limited for a total of Rs. 5,484.60 on September 25, 2025, and subsequently sold two shares for Rs. 4,939.20 on March 10, 2026. This constituted a contra-trade within a six-month period, violating the company's Code of Conduct.
The company has taken action based on its Code of Conduct, issuing a letter to Mr. Ayyappath on March 18, 2026, requiring him to pay a penalty of Rs. 10,000 and adhere strictly to the Code. The company stated that while Mr. Ayyappath attributed the contra-trade to an oversight, it does not excuse the violation.
The penalty amount was transferred to SEBI - IPEF via online payment on March 20, 2026. This transaction was made through ICICI Bank Limited, Pune - Hinjewadi, Account No. 000101590643, with a transaction reference number of 260320263698484.
The company secretary, compliance officer and head - legal, Sunil Lalai, attested to the report.
