Elecon Engineering Company Ltd. Establishes Subsidiary in Mexico​

Elecon Engineering Company Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Grupo Radicon SA de CV, in Mexico. The subsidiary was incorporated through Elecon Singapore Pte. Ltd., which is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elecon Engineering Company Limited.

According to a communication dated March 26, 2026, the Government's Tax Agency of Mexico issued a tax identification number on March 24, 2026, marking January 8, 2026, as the date of incorporation. The company is awaiting a formal certificate of incorporation from the Public Registry of Commerce in Mexico.

Grupo Radicon SA de CV will focus on sales, marketing, and servicing of industrial engineering products in Mexico and Latin America. The initial subscribed capital is MXN 100,000 (Mexican Pesos One Hundred Thousand only) in cash. Elecon Singapore Pte Ltd. holds 99.999% of the shares, while a nominee shareholder of Elecon Singapore Pte Ltd. holds 0.001%.
