EaseMyTrip Partners with NSDC and Sanatan AI to Formalize India’s Spiritual Economy
New Delhi, April 01 2026 – EaseMyTrip, a leading online travel-tech platform in India, has announced a strategic collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Sanatan AI, alongside the Bhagva platform, to launch a national-level entrepreneurship initiative focused on formalizing India’s spiritual services economy.The initiative, structured as a Panchayat-level model under the framework '1 Panchayat 1 Pandit -SANATANAI Shop on Wheels by EMT,' aims to enable Pandits, Pujaris, and Sanskrit-trained youth to become certified micro-entrepreneurs through training, standardized service delivery, and access to institutional financing.
The core of the model involves mobile, EV-based 'Shop on Wheels' units operating at the Panchayat level. These units will offer a range of services including pooja bookings, access to religious supplies, religious travel planning, virtual darshan experiences, and facilitation of spiritual events.
The initiative proposes deployment across up to 2 lakh Panchayats over a five-year period, creating a distributed network of service providers. EaseMyTrip will enable religious and pilgrimage travel services, integrating its travel distribution capabilities into the ecosystem and expanding its reach through a franchise-led network.
“This initiative is focused on building a structured and scalable ecosystem that brings together skill development, service standardization, and access to markets,” said Nishant Pitti, Founder and Chairman of EaseMyTrip.
The program will also support a MUDRA-linked financing framework, potentially providing eligible participants with funding to establish and operate their units.
