Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd. announced that a board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for securities of Dr. Lal PathLabs will be closed from April 1, 2026, to May 2, 2026, inclusive.
